WORN SHOES are NOT accepted for a refund or Exchange (must only be Tried on)
If you are exchanging your shoes for another item then please click on the "Exchanges " tab at the top of this page. If you are an AMAZON customer... No fees apply if exchanging. Please print label by clicking below and the just include your packing slip with notes of what you want for the exchange. If you do use our prepaid return label, we will simply deduct $5 from your order once we receive your shoes back and issue your credit. Many sites offer free return shipping but we assure you this is being built into their prices up front, and again we will not be beat in price! All returns are sent back at the customer's expense. Again $5 will be automatically deducted from your order total at the time of credit. This is done to keep our prices on merchandise down. Click here to print a return label if you do not have the prepaid UPS return label included in your box. If you don't have the ability to print then please contact us and we will mail one to you. Please include your order number when requesting a return label. It may take up to 30 days to process and complete a return. Exchanging ("Fetching") is free of charge. The return time is unlimited, as long as the shoes are unworn and returned in their original box. If you would like to return your shoes via a method other than UPS please ship your package to the address listed below. ShoeDawg.com recommends that you get a delivery confirmation and add insurance to your package for your own protection as lost shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
