ShoeDawg.com offers ONE Free Exchange per order; the shipping is free both ways!

Exchanges are unlimited however; IF more exchanges are needed, we offer the shipping at a discounted rate of $8.50 per order to be paid by customer.

WORN SHOES are NOT accepted for a Refund or Exchange.

To ship back your exchange, simply print and complete this form if one was not included in your package.

Also, if you did not receive a prepaid label with your shoes, please go to our website at http://shoedawg.com/pages/returns.html and click on the link to print out a prepaid UPS return label.

Please send the shoes back in their original packaging and unworn condition and put in a shipping box to avoid being charged a restocking fee. Then, attach the label to the outside of the shipping box and drop the package off at any UPS location or hand to any UPS driver to send it back to us.

Standard processing time for an exchange is 1-2 weeks. This is the total time for us to receive your shoes back, process the exchange and ship out your new shoes.
